When it comes to skincare, Miranda Kerr keeps things pretty grounded. It’s not about doing the most or trying every new trend, it’s about consistency, supporting your skin properly, and taking care of what’s going on internally too.
That same mindset shows up in KORA Organics, where the focus is on gentle, barrier-supportive formulas that actually build your skin over time. Ahead, she walks through her daily routine, the ingredients she swears by, and the small habits that make a noticeable difference.
How would you describe your overall approach to skin health today?
My approach to skin health today is very holistic. I believe your skin reflects what’s happening internally, so I focus on supporting it from the inside out, through nutrition, sleep, stress management, and consistent organic skincare.
That philosophy is exactly how I built KORA Organics. I wanted products that were certified organic, high-performance, and gentle enough to support the skin barrier rather than disrupt it. Every formula is designed to nourish and strengthen the skin over time, not overwhelm it.
I gravitate toward ingredients like turmeric for its brightening and calming benefits, Kakadu Plum for it’s high vitamin-c and powerful antioxidant protection, and plant-based retinol alternatives like Bakuchiol to soften fine lines without irritation. For me, it’s about long-term skin health; resilience, radiance, and balance.
What does your current skincare routine look like, step by step, and how does it change from morning to nighttime?
I have a full, organic skincare routine that I swear by! In the morning, I cleanse with the Turmeric Glow Foaming Cleanser to brighten and refresh my skin - I love this product, we actually sell 1 every 9 minutes! I also use the Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask every other day as a quick scrub or mini-mask to smooth and brighten my skin.
After showering, I mist with the Active Algae Minty Mist, which contains Aloe, Blue Daisy and Microalgae to calm and balance, and has the most uplifting peppermint and palo santo aromatherapy.
I follow with our Kakadu Plum Vitamin C Serum — Kakadu Plum is the richest natural source of vitamin C, so it really helps brighten and even out my complexion. Then I apply Turmeric Glow Drops Niacinamide Alternative Serum to visibly refine pores, smooth texture and support the skin barrier.
For moisture, I use the Turmeric Glow Moisturizer, which is a rich, luxurious cream that nourishes, brightens and is a great base for makeup. I finish with Noni Radiant Eye Oil, a few drops of Noni Glow Face Oil if needed, and Silky Sun Drops 100% Mineral Sunscreen Serum for daily protection and glow.
For my body, I layer the Nourishing Hand & Body Lotion with Noni Glow Body Oil to keep my skin deeply nourished and soft. These two have really supported my skin through pregnancies and postpartum.
At night, I double cleanse with the Active Algae Calming Cleansing Balm (it’s great for removing makeup!), then apply the Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Serum for gentle overnight renewal, followed by the Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Moisturizer, which is formulated with Bakuchiol and Alfalfa to soften fine lines and improve tone without irritation. I finish with and seal everything in with the Milky Mushroom Ultra-Hydrating Mask, so I wake up with plump, hydrated and glowing skin.
Is there a product from your brand that you think deserves more attention but hasn’t had the spotlight yet?
I think it would be the KORA Organics Milky Mushroom Ultra Hydrating Mask.
It’s one of our quiet achievers, especially when skin is feeling dehydrated, stressed or depleted. It’s formulated with Silver Ear Mushroom and Hyaluronic Acid to deeply replenish moisture, while Coconut Milk and Aloe nourish and soften the barrier. The result is skin that feels plump, dewy and glowing.
I use it every night as a hydrating sleeping mask, and my skin feels so bouncy and hydrated in the morning. It dries as a translucent veil in minutes so won’t rub off on your pillow.I also love using it as a quick, flash 10-minute mask before events or photo shoots.
It’s one of those products that really transforms your skin, especially when it needs a little extra love.
What role does facial massage or gua sha play in your daily ritual, and what benefits do you notice when you’re consistent with it?
Facial massage and gua sha have been part of my ritual for years. For me, it’s not just about sculpting, it’s about circulation, lymphatic drainage, and taking a mindful moment for myself.
When I’m consistent with it, I notice less puffiness, more definition around my cheekbones and jawline, and an overall brightness to my complexion. It also helps release tension in the face, especially around the jaw and forehead, which we often hold without realising.
I love pairing gua sha with our Noni Glow Face Oil so the tool glides smoothly and the skin is deeply nourished at the same time. It turns skincare into a ritual rather than a routine. A few minutes a day can make such a visible difference.
How often do you change your skincare routine, and what usually prompts a change?
I don’t change my skincare routine dramatically as I believe in consistency, but I do adjust depending on time of day and the seasons.
In the morning, my focus is protection and prevention, antioxidants like Kakadu Plum Vitamin C for brightening and environmental defence, lightweight hydration, and SPF.
In the evening, I lean into repair and renewal. That’s when I’ll double cleanse with our Active Algae Calming Cleansing Balm and use treatments like our Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Serum & Moisturizer to support cell turnover and elasticity overnight. Nighttime is when the skin does its restorative work, so I prioritize nourishment and deeper hydration.
Seasonally, I make small adjustments. In the warmer months, I might use lighter layers, more misting, lighter moisturizers, and am very diligent with sun protection. In cooler months, I increase nourishment with richer creams, facial oils like Noni Glow Face Oil, and regular use of our Milky Mushroom Ultra-Hydrating Mask to strengthen the barrier and prevent dryness.
Do supplements play a role in your approach to skin health, and if so, which ones do you personally use?
Yes, supplements absolutely play a role in my approach to skin health. I believe skin reflects what’s happening internally, so supporting the body from within is important.
I drink Noni juice every day — it’s been part of my routine for years and is the hero ingredient in all KORA Organics products. It’s rich in antioxidants and has traditionally been used to support overall wellbeing and skin vitality.
I also focus on key nutrients like Vitamin C and D for immune and skin support, Vitamin K2 for overall balance, Glutathione for its antioxidant benefits, and a high-quality probiotic like Syntol AMD to support gut health — because healthy skin really does start in the gut. Magnesium is another staple for me. It supports relaxation and sleep, which are essential for repair and renewal.
For me, supplements are about gently supporting the body in a consistent way alongside eating healthy, nutrient rich foods. When you nourish yourself internally and externally, your skin really reflects that balance.
What are your thoughts on laser treatments, and how do you see them fitting into a skincare routine?
I see laser treatments as something that can complement skincare, but never replaces the basics.
The foundation for me is consistent daily care, cleansing properly, supporting the skin barrier, using antioxidant-rich certified organic ingredients, and wearing SPF every day.
I personally prefer gentle, supportive technology like the LYMA Laser, which works at a cellular level to support collagen and skin renewal without causing trauma or downtime. It aligns more with my philosophy of strengthening the skin rather than stressing it.
How do you care for your skin when you’re traveling or short on time?
When I’m traveling or short on time, I focus on the essentials — cleanse, hydrate, protect.
Air travel can be incredibly dehydrating, so I mist throughout the flight with Minty Mineral Hydration Mist and layer hydration with our Turmeric Glow Moisturizer, a few drops of Noni Glow Face Oil and the Milky Mushroom Ultra-Hydrating Mask to lock everything in.
If I’m short on time, I never skip cleansing, even after a long day. And SPF is non-negotiable.
Are there any small, often overlooked skincare habits you think make the biggest long term difference?
Consistency matters more than complexity. Even a simple routine, done daily, keeps your skin balanced and radiant.
I would say regular exfoliation to encourage skin cell turnover and brightness; and gua sha facial massage as it only takes a few minutes and I notice immediate and long-term results. It helps with puffiness, lymphatic drainage, circulation and helps keep my skin glowing, smooth, sculpted.
