Raw Brain Boosting Energy Bars with Golden Mind

We all know how important it is to fuel our bodies with healthy foods, but sometimes that can be really challenging when there is limited time in the day to prepare meals/snacks; so, our favorite way to make sure we are getting in our superfoods and supplements is to make healthy treats at the beginning of the week that can be taken on the go so we always are prepared to stay on track with our goals.

This week, we have created these nutrient dense, no bake brain boosting energy bars that contain under 10 ingredients and are raw vegan, dairy free, gluten free, and soy free. We have added in our vanilla chai Golden Mind formula to this recipe, which contains a synergistic blend of lions mane powder extract, rhodiola rosea, L-Theanine, sea buckthorn oil, gotu kola extract, green tea extract, american ginseng and bacopa powder extract. These powerful ingredients help to reduce brain fog, support brain cell growth, increase focus, and protect the brainmaking it the perfect addition to these bars!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Set time: 1 hour

Yields: 8 bars


⟁ 1 ½ cup organic dates

⟁ 1 cup organic gluten free oats

⟁ ½ cup organic coconut flakes

⟁ 1 tbsp organic chia seeds

⟁ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil (add more if mixture isn’t sticking)

⟁ 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional!)

⟁ Dash of cinnamon and salt

⟁ 14 pumps of Cymbiotika’s Golden Mind

Optional Additions:

⟁ Any nuts, seeds, superfood powders, dried fruit or nut butters


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth

** Optional step/tip: if adding any extra nuts or seeds, we like to keep them whole and knead them into the finished mixture once we take it out of the food processor!

  1. Transfer mixture into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper & place in the fridge/freezer for 1-2 hours to solidify before cutting into individual bars.
  2. Enjoy on the go or add these to your favorite yogurts, smoothie bowls, oatmeal, etc.
  3. Store in the fridge for maximum freshness!
