This is the second review I’ve written for this product. I am absolutely obsessed and hooked on it. I have taken this daily (accept when traveling) for 7 straight months in my morning coffee. I really enjoy the earthy flavor in my black coffee, in fact, I crave it. There are two noticeable differences in my appearance: my skin is more clear than it has ever been - I’ve been on an oral and topical prescription for years to combat my adult acne. I’ve maintained that regime and added the Mineral Shilajit - it’s working. The second noticeable difference is my hair. My goodness it has never been SHINIER and more full. My hair follicles are thicker, period. There is no other explanation for this. A third possible result of my faithful daily consumption is that Mineral Shilajit is responsible for a slowdown of my graying hair. I have dark hair and started to develop many wire-y and stray grays about 12 months ago. These seemed to come fast and furiously and were very noticeable given the darkness of my hair. I am no longer seeing them! I cannot fathom how else this is possible. My assumption is that they have fallen out - through normal hair loss - and this super vitamin is preventing more growth. I am currently reading up on how vitamin deficiencies cause graying, thus the reason why I suspect MS being the savior.
