Coenzyme CoQ10

Ubiquinol is the bioactive form of Coenzyme Q10, a coenzyme required for converting dietary nutrients into energy, also known as ATP. CoQ10 is acquired via food we eat and also generated by the mitochondria of our cells. This production slows as we age, believed to be a primary contributor to lowered energy and impaired cardiovascular function as we age.
