Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate Packet
  • 1 tbsp of Raw Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp of Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup of Baby Spinach
  • 1 pinch of Sea Salt
  • ½ of a Ripe Avocado
  • ½ of a Frozen Banana

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding non-dairy milk, Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate packet, almond butter, seeds, cacao powder, spinach, and sea salt into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add in the frozen banana and avocado, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. (You may need to pause the blender to scrape down the sides for full incorporation.)
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
