The Viral Blueberry Latte

Start your day with a refreshing twist on your classic latte with this Blueberry Latte made with Nootropic Creamer!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C homemade blueberry sauce
  • 1 C ice
  • 1 scoop nootropic creamer
  • 1 C unsweetened plant-based milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1-2 shots of espresso

For the blueberry sauce:

  • 2 C fresh or frozen blueberries (wild blueberries preferred)
  • ¼ C sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Combine the blueberries and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the blueberries.
  3. Let simmer until juicy, about 4-6 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and strain.
  5. Enjoy over ice cubes with a scoop of nootropic creamer, milk, and two shots of espresso.
