This immune-boosting recipe is our JAM for 2025! Made with our Elderberry supplement, it’s a delicious way to support your health after the holiday season!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 large oranges (zest and juice)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 packet of Cymbiotika’s Elderberry supplement
Instructions:
- Wash the cranberries and set aside.
- Zest the oranges and juice them, keeping both zest and juice.
- In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, grated orange zest, grated orange juice, coconut sugar, and water.
- Heat over medium-high, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- As the mixture heats, add in the Cymbiotika Elderberry packet and stir to combine.
- Use this jam on toast, stir into oatmeal, or spread on your favorite crackers for a tasty and immune-boosting treat!
