Immune-Boosting Cranberry Jam

This immune-boosting recipe is our JAM for 2025! Made with our Elderberry supplement, it’s a delicious way to support your health after the holiday season!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 large oranges (zest and juice)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 packet of Cymbiotika’s Elderberry supplement

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cranberries and set aside.
  2. Zest the oranges and juice them, keeping both zest and juice.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, grated orange zest, grated orange juice, coconut sugar, and water.
  4. Heat over medium-high, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  5. As the mixture heats, add in the Cymbiotika Elderberry packet and stir to combine.
  6. Use this jam on toast, stir into oatmeal, or spread on your favorite crackers for a tasty and immune-boosting treat!
