No Bake Healthy “Twix” Bars

These easy, no-bake “Twix” bars are made from simple, clean ingredients and are perfect for a post-workout treat when made with our Liposomal Longevity Mushrooms! Satisfy your sweet tooth with this wholesome twist on the classic candy bar.

Ingredients:

Shortbread Layer

  • 1.5 cups oat flour (blend rolled oats into flour)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Caramel Layer

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 5 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Layer

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 packet Cymbiotika Longevity Mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Mix shortbread ingredients into a dough, press into a pan, and refrigerate to set.
  2. Combine caramel ingredients, pour over shortbread, and freeze until firm (20 min).
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, stir in Longevity Mushrooms, pour on top, and freeze again until hardened.
  4. Slice into bars and enjoy!
