These easy, no-bake “Twix” bars are made from simple, clean ingredients and are perfect for a post-workout treat when made with our Liposomal Longevity Mushrooms! Satisfy your sweet tooth with this wholesome twist on the classic candy bar.
Ingredients:
Shortbread Layer
- 1.5 cups oat flour (blend rolled oats into flour)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Caramel Layer
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 5 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate Layer
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 packet Cymbiotika Longevity Mushrooms
Instructions:
- Mix shortbread ingredients into a dough, press into a pan, and refrigerate to set.
- Combine caramel ingredients, pour over shortbread, and freeze until firm (20 min).
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil, stir in Longevity Mushrooms, pour on top, and freeze again until hardened.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
