This is a power packed vitamin and the mix they made to combine with the shilajit is excellent! I combine this with the Magnesium Complex and Golden Mind. My family has a history of Dementia and Alzheimer. Despite my crazy schedule for the last several months combined with a "not-so-healthy" diet and less exercise, my mental clarity has been sharper. I have noticed an effect and will continue taking this (and the latter mentioned above). I look forward to taking this everyday! Love it!

What really amazes me is how well they actually work. If I feel a little tickle in my throat, I take their vitamin C and vitamin D and I almost always feel noticeably better by the next day. If my stomach feels off, I take the charcoal and it helps so quickly. I’ve never had supplements work this way before.

There are so many more that I want to keep trying. Sidenote… I even saw these vitamins on Jelly Roll’s counter , when he was doing a vlog.
