Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate Packet
- 1 tbsp of Raw Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp of Cacao Powder
- 1 cup of Baby Spinach
- 1 pinch of Sea Salt
- ½ of a Ripe Avocado
- ½ of a Frozen Banana
Instructions:
- Start by adding non-dairy milk, Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate packet, almond butter, seeds, cacao powder, spinach, and sea salt into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add in the frozen banana and avocado, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- (You may need to pause the blender to scrape down the sides for full incorporation.)
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
