This delicious snack is dairy-free, gluten-free, and packed with natural sweetness! These apple date rounds with homemade cashew butter are calling your name!

Ingredients:
- Apples
- 200g dates
- 1–1½ cups cashews (for the butter)
- 2 tbsp coconut cream or milk
- Dark chocolate (optional: dairy-free dark chocolate)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil and 2 tsp salt. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Combine the roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin, and water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes one at a time and blend until the hummus is smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, and top with sliced almonds. If desired, add parsley for extra color.
- Serve with warm pita or crackers, and enjoy the perfect autumn snack!
