Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dairy-free milk
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 packet of Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate

Instructions:

  1. Froth together pumpkin, maple syrup, dairy-free milk, cinnamon, and a packet of Magnesium L-Threonate.
  2. Add ice + espresso.
  3. Pour the frothed mixture over your drink, sprinkle with cinnamon, and finish with a cinnamon stick for the perfect touch!
